Yacht Club Yoga is for every body. Its yoga for all ages and levels. Beginners are welcome.
Our classes are held in the Port Melbourne Yacht Club with beautiful views over the beach. On warmer days we open the sliding doors to bring in the sea air.
GROUP SESSION
I offer a range of yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, designed for the workplace, get-togethers, celebrations, and special events. Whether you’re planning a corporate class to energize your team or a morning yoga session for your bridal party, I create group sessions tailored to your unique needs and schedule. Each session blends mindful movement and breath-work as part of a holistic approach to wellness.
PRIVATE CLASSES
I offer personalized private yoga sessions and specialized yoga therapy classes designed to meet your individual needs. Whether you're new to yoga, seeking to deepen your practice, or working through specific physical or emotional challenges, these one-on-one sessions provide tailored guidance and support. Yoga therapy focuses on using the healing aspects of yoga to address specific health concerns, helping you find balance, strength, and inner peace on your wellness journey.
